You can send it my way too Zydar. It's not going to offend me.

It wasn't even particularly funny. All it was was a guy from some 50's Robin Hood movie or something, dressed up in that over-the-top fashion of movies of that time, who was doing a dance scene. Apparently that was enough for the GIF maker to conclude that the guy was gay, and the GIF said that with rather uncertain terms.
So, it's not even that you guys missed anything.

You know...maybe this is a topic for P/R, but I just have to say that when I worked in a night club years ago, I had *A LOT* of gay friends.   Wanna know why I loved them so much?   They had great senses of humor.   And the ones that *I* personally knew would have been the first ones to laugh their asses off at that GIF.   I remember even back then that they were all very frustrated at a vocal minority of the gay community who were (their words) "getting their panties in a twist" any time anyone used a joke with a derogatory term.      I think a lot of things are just all about context.

But OTOH, I get that we have a rule in place that is very black and white, and we can't just suddenly start drawing arbitrary lines in the sand that can become very blurry very quickly... so while I bristle a bit, I think the correct call was made in removing it.

It's also about who makes the joke. It's a very different thing when Jerry Seinfeld makes a Jewish joke than when the head of the Ku Klux Klan does.

The market is in Thailand, in Mae Klong. What they don't show in the GIF is that the market is right next to the train station, so it's coming super-slow through there and with a lot of warning :lol

That's cool @ Chino
I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

What's actually happening is that the kitten sees the plush animal as a competitor, and tries to strangle it.

Ya...my cat does that with empty paper towel rolls.   If that GIF were allowed to continue, that plush toy would likely be disemboweled in a few minutes.  :lol

No way, man.  Kittens are cute and cuddly and soft and fuzzy and lovey and huggy and wonderful.  Your opinion is invalid.

If Imageshack wasn't blocked at my work, I'd show you the photo I took this morning of a cat standing over a rabbit it killed last night.

Oh ya?   Do that with your hand and see if they "hug it" or "grapple with teeth and claws blazing"....THEN you can tell me all about it.

Looking closer.... I guess you're right. It is actually touching the ground.  I guess I shouldn't judge GIFs while half asleep. lol
