That's a shame. I don't think DT handles this setlist thing well.
I agree, frankly, and this partly has to do with me not caring for A Nightmare to Remember at all, so that's basically 25% of the first set gone. That said, it feels silly to call this tour the 'Distance Over Time Tour' when you're playing SFAM in its entirety. I kind of think DT should stop dong this sort of thing (play albums in full) and go back to putting together random setlists spanning all albums. I was checking out the setlist I got for ADTOE tour and that one was a lot more varied, which was fun. The band have a pretty diverse back catalogue to choose from, so seeing 4 DoT songs, one each from SC and BC&SL and all of SFAM is probably not the best way to go.
That said, seeing SFAM in its entirety was awesome and it was the reason I got the ticket to be honest, but a little more spontaneity wouldn't hurt.
And If they record this exact setlist for a DVD that would be another waste.
They're going to record the London show for a DVD, apparently.
