Well I do try and listen to music outside of the obvious western countries, so I'd be up for diving in.

Incidentally, the pick from Italy is a good one. You might actually have heard of Zucchero? He was one of the few Italian artists with
some degree of international success at the end of the 80s/beginning of the 90s, at least in Europe. He always surrounded himself with impressive guest musicians too. That one record has, among others, Eric Clapton one one song, Clarence Clemons on another...I mean, he liked to "borrow" some vibes from Joe Cocker and the like, but the music is rather entertaining.
