It was 1972 at work today...
The first two are in my Top Fifty. I gave 'Slayed' a first time listen today. Gawd, those guys are just fun to listen to. 'Move Over' made my eyes go
Noddy Holder is quite the character, always enjoy that sandpaper voice, but for him to cover Joplin was one hell of a ballsy move. To do it so amazingly well, was a real treat.
School's Out is one of my all time favorite albums, but 1972 is easily the worst year for music in the 70's.
At least '72 had 'Close To The Edge' and Chicago V (two more Top 50 classics)
I'm feeling old now (again?
)
