I'm gonna go with Trial of Tears. I'm just not a huge fan of LiTS after the stream of consciousness section unless I'm in the right mood. Plus, once I found out the last vocal section before the final chorus was taken out of the studio version, I can't listen to it anymore without it feeling complete, and there's no live version that feels definitive. The guitar solo's still extraordinary though.
ToT just engages me the whole way through. I love trippy ambient stuff with an edge. And the lyrics are cool. More than anything, ToT's underrated when it comes to great moments. Basically everything starting with the keyboard solo is one cool moment after another. The electric guitar under the solo building, the explosive end of the solo, coming back into the clean guitar, the drum fill to bring in the band, the doubled vocals, the way they end, the big synth, the big chorus, the piano and acoustic guitar overdubs, and the cool little bass solo thing to take it out. And really cool things happen before then too.
