I really liked Phantom Hourglass, but it was the first DS game I ever played, and I haven't played Spirit Tracks yet. I didn't mind Linebeck, and I thought the temple of the ocean king was actually one of the hardest dungeons in Zelda (because of the time limit).

The Temple of the Ocean King was hard and sometimes frustrating, but I don't remember the other dungeons being much of a problem. The enemies in newer Zelda games don't pose much of a threat compared to games like the original LOZ and ALTTP.
WHOA, NICE GRAPHICS!

Tal Tal Heights song FTW.
Link's Awakening has my favorite Zelda concept, although it's not my favorite game.
"All great works are prepared in the desert, including the redemption of the world. The precursors, the followers, the Master Himself, all obeyed or have to obey one and the same law. Prophets, apostles, preachers, martyrs, pioneers of knowledge, inspired artists in every art, ordinary men and the Man-God, all pay tribute to loneliness, to the life of silence, to the night." - A. I think I'll just wait until they release one with a better battery, but I want to play OOT3D so much.  :-[

And yes, Skyward Sword is gonna be incredible. I really like the art style too.

3-5 hours depending on screen brightness, Wi-Fi, volume, and 3D

That and all the other new info that spilled the last couple days are seriously amping the hype.

Nice to see the double hookshot back. Hopefully this game is more challenging than TP was, although still a great game.

Zelda Dungeon is currently a treasure trove of new information.  I'm not even gonna bother transcribing and linking it to here, there's just way too much to take in.

Horse riding that involves jumping over things in OOT never fails to piss me off. If your angle of approach is off by ONE DEGREE, BAM. Instant stop. And the worst part is it feels like it takes an eternity to make your horse sloowwwwwly turn around to get around the jump or try again.

Is the game unfinished or are the graphics just going to be plain as hell? Twilight Princess had a lot more atmosphere than that.

Gameplay wise, it looks really interesting though. When Nintendo first showed some pics forever ago, I thought it was going to just be rehash, but some of the gameplay looked really interesting. It's a shame I do not own a Wee to play it. :(

Yep. I think the only party in the MP/DT situation that hasn't moved on is DTF.

Y'know I actually really like the graphics. I don't think that video is such a great example, but imo it's a helluva lot better than Wind Wanker.

These graphics don't look bad (especially not THAT bad), they just look clean and a bit sterile from what I can see in that video, although that might be the look they're going for. Maybe the video doesn't do justice to the game, and they're certainly not a deterrent. The gameplay looks good enough to get me interested, and it's a minor nitpick anyway.

I think they're going for the cel-shaded look. I like it from what I've seen so far, a nice contrast to the very dark TP.

Wouldn't mind if the next Zelda game was more "realistic" looking though, but honestly the graphics are always the least important thing to me in a zelda game.

The Wind Waker (not "Wanker" >:() has awesome graphics. I'm not sold on the Skyward Sword look yet, but maybe I'll change my mind when I play it. I was hoping for a more realistic style now, but oh well.

Wow...we've got the harp, the magic carpet salesman in Gerudo Desert, and possibly the wind fish...

I just got into Zelda. I played Wind Waker until I got frustrated with the idea of having to go get all the parts of the map so that I could go get all the triforce pieces.
Dracula called and he said he's coming over tonight for you and I said okay.

Why does that bother everyone? I had NO problems with that part of the game, and then I go online and learn that it's like, the most hated thing ever in the history of video games. Sometimes I feel like I'm from another planet.

Sorry, but I just get tired of having wildly different opinions.

Definitely.  I don't think I've beaten it without a map.  And unless you have sword beams, the Patra are a huge chore to deal with.
