I think Wipeout was more going along the lines of Ninja Warrior, which was MXC, but without with spoofy humor. At least Ninja Warrior required people to actually be physically fit to beat the challenges.

Does anyone else find Deadliest Warrior at least interesting? The one thing I can't stand about it is the ridiculous posturing show put on by both sides every. bloody. episode.

And Deadliest Warrior is a very cool show, forgot about that one. As you shoould be able to tell by now, I enjoy Spike, but then again, I'm about twenty brain cells away from neanderthal. *burps, farts, scratches nuts*

This. MXC was one of the greatest things ever to exist. Nowadays, Spike is pretty useless and sorta insulting to men.

Manswers, 1000 Ways to Die and Deadliest Warriors are fun shows to see when I just want to shut my brain off.

Also, Spike shows UFC (at least until this month) so that makes it not the worst channel there is.

CourtTV had some good programming before they resorted to that. When TruTV came up it just turned painful.

I'm sitting here in Singapore, and the only two non-sports channels here are Star Movies, and Discovery Channel. Gotta say, outside a few previous shows (Mythbusters), DC is pretty much all sensationalist reporting shit too.

CourtTV/TruTV was great at first. I liked those World's Wildest shows and COPS. They advertised and still do apparently as "Not Reality, Actuality", But then they started playing scripted reality shows and that was it for me.
