Taking my oldest son to get his first tattoo in about two hours. Like me, he's wanted a tattoo since he was 14/15 years old so he's been counting the days until he turned 18. He just did, so....we had went and spoke with the artist who's done mine and think he has a neat design in mind. It's based around drumming, the pieces and parts of a kit....will have the majesty symbol in it since Mike Portnoy is his drumming idol....will see the design here in a bit.
His mom is less than thrilled. I've asked him to be patient and maybe wait a bit longer but he's dead set on doing it so all I've done is try to help him make some good choices on placement and what not. What else can I do ya know....I got one on the day of my 18th birthday so I get it.
