In. Out to dinner with the family and had an Allagash White with appetizers and a Kane Citra Pale Ale with dinner. Trying to decide what's next now.

Hop Savant Centennial from Crooked Stave was next, an all brett IPA. Now on to 2015 Bourbon County Stout... I love this beer.

Total damage from yesterday. The waxed bottles are A Night to End All Dawns, the bourbon barrel stout from my favorite NJ brewery. We had regular along with coconut, cacao, and vanilla variants.

I'll be very carefully dipping my metaphorical drinking toes into Islay waters tonight. Lagavulin 16, neat, in 5...4...3...2....

I made it from ingredients in my fridge, where beer also resides.  By I handed in my man license Sunday-Thursday for a bit.  :(

Drank much homebrew at my homebrew club meeting tonight. Also had a Duvel and a Kwak at the bar where the meeting was held. Then a Bell's Double Cream Stout at the bar by the bus station waiting for my bus home. Not a terrible night.

Went to the bar tonight with a friend. Tried Grain Belt's new Lock and Dam lager. That was really tasty, I don't know if any of you have heard of Minnesota's brand Grain Belt, but they have good stuff.

Then I had two Long Islands. Very tasty as well

:neverusethis:

Anyways, yeah it is brewed with coffee... it almost tasted like I was drinking mocha or espresso beer. It was delicious. It was as good if not better than a coffee stout because it wasn't so heavy.

I'm going to a brewery for my bday tomorrow so I plan on posting in here again
