Where's Gwii at? You've got me on the edge of my seat waiting for an update
Ha, I'm only adding an update once a day. Here it is:
7.
Cold Cash and Colder HeartsThis is the best intro to a Thrice album ever. Everthing about this song is awesome: great melodies and instrumentation, great vocals (I love how they do it live where they go back and forth singing lines), and great drums. I love the last minute of this song; there's so much energy (and it's in 5/4). The strings at the very end are a nice touch as well (perfect seque into UaKM).

The Artist in the AmbulanceThis is my favorite song from this album, and I think it stands out the most compared to the rest of the album. The lyrics and their delivery are the best part of this song. The harmonies in the prechorus are great. The part from the end of the first chorus to the beginning of the second chorus is one of my favorite Thrice moments ("Look around and you'll see that at times it feels like no one really cares..." up to "There's a line drawn in the sand...").

Digital SeaWhen I first heard this song (which was right after I listened to Fire), I was like, ok this is not Thrice, I downloaded the wrong CD (it was a legal download, so don't get all crazy
). But after I heard it a few times, it grew to be one of my favorite Thrice songs. It's one of their most unique songs. After seeing it live on the dvd, my appreciation for it grew tenfold. I love the synth and electronic stuff in this song; it's the most synth Thrice has ever used in a song. The lyrics are also extremely well done, they might be my favorite set of Thrice lyrics; the vocals sound pretty chilling as well with the effect they have on them. They definitely captured the "water" feel with this song.
