I CAN!
Again, sorry for the delay! Time for the results of round 4!
YtseBitsySpider - Riding the Tide by ArenaOh oh! I love love love this. The synth is so nice sounding. The changing meter is a great driver of the song, and the harmonic progression create a beautiful psychedelic rainbows with golden clouds with shimmering water picture. I need to get off the acid. Anyway, think you for this.
5Nekov - Digital ayatollah by Spinetta JadeThis song is interesting. There are some really nice grooves, and the dissonant melodies are catchy. It's like...smooth jazz, but not.
3Iarwain - On Impulse by Animals As LeadersGood stuff here. When that electronic beat came in, I was like
. But then it went away... Anyway, it's still pretty good.
3orcus116 - Welcome to Bangkok by Brand newThis song is decent. It has a good build. But just kind of blah for me.
3RaphaelRaven - Bouree by Jethro TullThat was a great performance! I love his enthusiasm, and his tone is beautiful.
4energythief - In The Hall of the Mountain King by Electric Light OrchestraI was expecting In the Hall of the Mountain King, but the songs starts with William Tell Overture.
I thought it was an okay rendition. I preferred Edvard Grieg's original better though. It kind of lacks the frantic horror that the story needs.
2MasterShakezula - Nuttville by Buddy RichI love screaming trumpet, and bebop is my favorite genre of jazz. Great pick. I enjoyed it.
4Ravenheart - Just Like You Imagined by Nine Inch NailsThe song was okay. NIN makes pretty good ambient things. Slightly bland for me, not bad over all.
3Ħ - Count Bubba by Gordon Goodwin's Big Phat BandThis song's pretty good. I enjoy jazz, so good choice.
4A lot of average songs again.
Right now the standings are:
17 - Ħ
16
15 - YtseBitsySpider
14 - RaphaelRaven, MasterShakezula
13
12 - orcus116
11 - Iarwain, Ravenheart
10 - Nekov, energythief
The fifth round is interesting.
