I'd be standing somewhere with dignity, respect, and bitches.
When Mike and Mob Unite, featuring the hit A Lawsuit in Lies
I really, really, really like Mangini's input on OTBOA.
Global Laziness: Speaks for Canada
I walked down a spiral staircase in 19/16 in honor of Tom Sawyer and now I'm in crutches.
Quote from: ResultsMayVary on July 12, 2011, 04:41:06 PMI really, really, really like Mangini's input on OTBOA.He didn't write the drum lines though. I think Petrucci did.
Trust this forum to focus on what he said about MP, not on what he said about the quality of the album and Beneath the Surface.
Ariich is a freak, or somehow has more hours in the day than everyone else.
I be am boner inducing.
I appreciated reading Rich's comments on the album but I have no personal opinion on it yet because I havent heard it. However he also put that "We" would all like MP on the drums. It should have been "I". That is Rich's own personal opinion not all of ours - mine is that i'm glad MM is the drummer now because DT couldnt have continued as it was.

It wasn't a full length review, just a post by Rich on the VoicesUK forum.

When do you guys think the track lengths will be released?
Zook is right.
What was the Rich Wilson post then?
Well they deserve some success with this album. It's a real grower and I think they've achieved what they were aiming to produce - a "classic Dream Theater album". Of course we'd all like Mike there behind the kit, and in a funny way it almost feels disloyal for me to be liking this album, but you won't be disappointed. Beneath The Surface is one of the most beautiful things they've ever written.
Probably just comes with the "The Spirit Carries On" documentary.
Zydar is my new hero. I just laughed so hard I nearly shat.

Apparently MP is going to do a guest spot on That Metal Show. Do you think Eddie Trunk's going to ask him about OTBOA and/or DT at all?

I don't know, I just saw this on his twitter:"Gonna be fun joining my buddies @EddieTrunk, @realdonjamieson and @Mrjimflorentine for another guest spot on this season's That Metal Show"
