(Above the Weeping World has one of my favorite Insomnium songs, Killjoy. It's so good, that one. And I always enjoy some Lovedrive
While this is already the sound of "new", post-Uli Jon Roth Scorpions, I always felt it's still transitional to some extent...and it's very cool because of that)

Pretty good prog metal, not much in way of novelty, but I've been enjoying it. Thy Listless Heart is a one-man band from England...came out in November, I believe. It's atmospheric doom that's appropriately sad and morose. Some beautiful melodies in there, and at times the mood is almost "cinematic", especially in the instrumental interludes. Very good debut, imo.
