So the TDH shows I saw this weekend were two of the best I've ever seen. Casey and the band are in top form - and the setlist is killer. So pumped for round 3 in Brooklyn.

I'll be honest, I kinda want to play cataclysm for the new cool class/race combinations.

But I don't want to get hooked on WoW again. Plus I'd be tempted to pick up my Blood Elf Paladin again. He's level 71 somewhere in Northrend, IIRC.

Unlike what many people say, Cataclysm might be better then WOTLK (wow that was a shitfest), but it is still far from being as amazing as TBC was.

The entire band is actually in the picture. The guy in the plain white t-shirt is Max (keyboards). The guy in the green plaid shirt is Connor (guitar). The guy between them is Rob (also guitar). And the bearded guy with the yellowish glasses in the back center is Nick S. (bass). The guy all the way to the right with a beard is just some random person who got in our picture. And everybody else is from LATR.

I can't decide if I want to go see TDH live next week or not. It's a weeknight and a 1.5 hour drive from me. Would totally be worth it if I didn't have a newborn at home and wasn't desperately low on sleep. But it is TDH...

Well, Indigo has 4 amazing songs.

A lot of the people here on the forum seem to be digging the electronica-vibe, so it's not all that surprising that Indigo and Black are high up on many of the lists.

If it helps, out of the 10 times I've seen TDH, Casey and the rest of the band have sounded the best I've ever heard them on this tour.

Setlist is mostly colors stuff, with a few of the "hits" thrown in here and there.

I like Black a lot, but Indigo just hasn't clicked for whatever reason.

It's very tempting. It may have to come down to how well the baby has been letting me sleep for the day or two before the show. I don't want to have to drive an hour and a half home dead tired.

TDH band members are a revolving door. There's like a new line-up every week. I think I've seen them live with 4 different lineups (and a 5th for the show I tried to go to but couldn't get tix for :/).

I think when Casey did Act I, he didn't really have a "band"... he just used friends and family members to help him out, which is why Nick played on it. By Act II he had started putting together an actual "band", which included the Dent brothers. But then they turned out to suck, so when he needed a new drummer, he was like "Hey, my brother is a drummer, maybe he wants to be in the band for real". So its more that he wasn't actually a band member at first, rather than doing a "leave then come back" sorta deal like Josh.
