Not to put any more work on Reaper, but there are some things I'm curious to know once all the lists are in and tabulated.  And I've not followed one of these Top 100 DT countdowns in the past, so I don't know what data Kev shared.

How many songs didn't make a single list.
How many songs made everyone's list.
What will be the longest accuracy streak at the top of the list.  Like, I can see my list being in sync with the top 2 songs, but no further.  Might someone be perfectly aligned in the top 8?  Top 10?  More?
Did anyone's #1 not even make the Top 100?

These are good stats, once I get all the lists in I'll try to figure them out. I have some of my own stats I'll post once the list is complete

I wanted to give the whole discography a relisten but I've been so busy and out of it that this list will have to be done from memory, today Removed all the songs that I know for sure aren't making it in and now I'm diving into 471 comparisons.

-14 and 15 are the same song, different drummer

Looks like someone's list will be rejected for not following the rules. You were to rank the official list at the front of this thread. It contains no duplicates.

Either that, or he's talking about Breaking All Illusions / Learning to Live and Pull Me Under / On the Back of Angels.

So CME is number 1 and Metropolis or PMU didn't make your list?

List submitted... my god, was that tough. I went to the bitter end using the Ranking Engine method as I really wanted to make sure I did this properly. Song-by-song comparisons all the way... spending a disproportionate amount of time trying to work out which NOMAC tracks I can tolerate above others... and all the time doubting myself. So many of these songs have moments that just elevate them, but are perhaps not so consistently enjoyable to me as others, or feel a bit less cohesive. Some are more suited for particular moods, times of day and energy levels than others. The songs which are fresher and more exciting to me today will not necessarily stand the test of time, surpassing the established "classics" which I have listened to death over the past two decades. For all these reasons I found it so difficult to order them into a simple numerical list... so in the end, I tried to base my decisions on the songs which have had the greatest overall impact on me over the period of time I have been a fan.

Looking forward to seeing some results in the coming days

So here's what I've done.

My original list had 163 songs.  I was happy with the top 40, but hated everything after.  So I took 41-140 and put it through the ranker again...and again I was happy with THAT top 40, but the rest still didn't look right. So I took 41-80 off that list and put those through the ranker AGAIN, and took the top 20 from that list to create the bottom 20 of my final list.

I believe I have something I can work with.

I will compile and turn it in tomorrow afternoon.

For the first time ever, ACoS is in a slightly vulnerable position, but if it somehow manages to not be my #1, the lowest it could possibly get on my whole list is #3.

Well, that's probably the biggest fail I've posted on this forum. Although to be fair, I did say right after that there was no need for concern. But yeah, another ranking goes by and my Top 2 Dream Theater songs are locked in place. Probably still my two favorite songs of all time, though I suppose now's as good a time as any to see if any of my other all-time favorites have a chance of surpassing either one of these songs. But back to the Dream Theater Top 100 ranking...

All the songs are now on the list. I will see if there's any noticeable problems with my order, then I'll put the Top 100 through the ranking engine for good measure, compare those two lists, make any final adjustments, and then I can finally send it!

Yeah after stewing over this for couple weeks also ended up going with the ranker and already note one ommision am peeved about LOL but for the most part looking at say top 25 rather happy with it

Yea, the most shocking result would be your list looking anything other than the final list in reverse.

I got halfway through the ranking engine before starting to feel like this was going to be very inaccurate to my current list, so I scrapped that idea, looked over my list and made one final change before sending. My process for ranking was simple: Start from the beginning at WDADU and listen in chronological order, rank each album as they're finished, then add each album's songs to the overall ranking as I go. I do suspect this method could be why my newest list feels a little off, but it could also just be that some songs got to rank higher for the first time, and some that I used to rank very high fell down significantly. Our New World made to the Top 100 this time, and Repentance fell off nearly 30 spots from my last list.

Roll on the 5th! Reap, are you planning to do multiple entries a day as you start this, or just one entry a day?

I will start the countdown January 5th, I'll be doing 3 songs a day to start, move down to 2 songs once we reach around 30 left, and then 1 song a day for the top 10.
