Looked up DT on Apple Music this morning and saw that When Dream and Day Unite was on there in lossless format. I don't know when that happened. I didn't notice it being there a week ago. Very cool for us streaming listeners!

It's labeled as being on Geffen records. I don't know if this is a new acquirement, and that is why it's streaming now.

Looks like MCA/Mechanic was picked up by Geffen quite some time ago (like 2003).  But the "remaster" that was previously released was on a different label (OneWay?), so maybe the rights to that album were shopped out at some point.
