Which grouping of songs do you like best?

A new DT album can only mean the return of the song wars!

I will do a bunch of these, so as always I request that the community let me move forward and run these.  They are just for fun and to generate chatter.  :coolio :coolio

I would probably take grouping 5 here, just barely over 1 and 4, but it is close.

Group 3, slightly ahead of group 1.

Group 5,  but it took me a while to decide.  Those are all good choices.  I almost went with group 1, because I like Awaken the Master better than Trancsending Time,  but the overall songs in Group 5 barely wins.

This was tough for me. Great set of pairings though.

I chose Group 5. It has The Bigger Picture, but also Lost Not Forgotten which is my least favorite of this grouping. But the rest of the songs make up for that.

Thought this was tough at first but, when I re-read them, group 2 was a clear winner for me.

Difficult. 5 but it was close down the line. 2 is probably next. 137 and S2N bring down #3 and #4 too much.
Maybe the grass is greener on the other side because you're not over there fucking it up.

Group 1 for me...

Even though I believe Breaking All Illusions and Barstool Warrior are the best songs of this era.

Group 3 mostly due to BAI (still the best MM era DT song).

Only one group has Breaking All Illusions, so that's the only plausible answer.  It's the only thing that can make up for having a group with songs from TA and AVFTTOTW

Same.  Every single group was pretty strong though.  Not a song I dislike in any of them.  But as soon as I read Bridges and Along for the Ride together in the same group, I was pretty confident that that one would win even before I read the rest.  Group 5 is the weakest for me, but still has some great stuff in it.
