Information on platinum VIP?

I purchased platinum vip for the upcoming show on the 26th in St. Petersburg, and just received my ticket in the mail yesterday. However, there is no acknowledgement on the ticket that I'm platinum VIP, in words or by price. Do I need to contact someone to receive the details on when to show up for the meet and greet, etc? The last time I did this it was explicitly stated on the ticket that I had a m&g ticket.
