Can't find the song....

My iTunes crashed, and when I downloaded the app again my phone synched to my computer and I lost a ton of songs. 
I went through all the DT stuff I had, and I can find a song that I'm looking for, and I was hoping maybe some one could help:

The song starts/is heavy, and james' does some "ohs" in a Immigrant Song type vein to start every verse (oh oh oh, blah blah blah, blah blah blah).  The petrucci solo sounds like fast front pick up jazz, and when james comes in at the end of the solo he is really belting high for the next verse, and then the song is heavy to the end.

I know it's vague but I've exhausted myself trying to find it!!!  It sounds like an older song, maybe between Awake and ToT?
Any  help would be appreciated!

No wonder I was pulling my hair out!! I was even checking my fan club Christmas Discs!!

Well, now that we know it it's easy to say it, but the "whooo hoo"'s at the beginning were a dead giveaway for the song.
