The Astonishing vinyl box set download card

Just received my The Astonishing vinyl box set
The set includes a card with a download code for the full album (mp3, sadly...) - however, the website it directs you to is not live: dreamtheater.com/theastonishing-vinyl
I contacted the company and they sent me a download link for the files.
Passing this along for others with the same issue.

I received the download links on the album release day (January 29th, 2016) and it had the download link to mp3 - @320kbps as well as FLAC. I also received a download code inside the Vinyl which I haven't used yet. Could you please specify the format in which you download the album? Thank you!
