I came across this on reddit:

I'm not sure what the purpose of that CD is (or what 'Red Touch Media' and 'Dave & Busters' are), but all I'm seeing is some lazy job on the tracklist: having "8.)" and "Learning To Live" separated (and the same with "Metropolis -" and "Part I").

Dave and Busters is an adult-oriented arcade (though it's really good for all ages) where you can spend money to play games and win tickets. These tickets can be traded in for prizes.

For some strange reason, they were offering Images and Words as a prize.

How many tickets?

It is strange though and it's not even the actual album, looks like a CD rip.

I don't know how they could do that legally...burn a copy of it and then "sell" it?

That would be illegal, but I am wondering what "redtouch media" is and if maybe they have bought the rights to do this.... but that still seems so odd since it's not the actual album.

:rollin that's so weird!! But awesome! Usually you win a candy bar or a teddy bear or something.

Thanks for the info!

So an MP3 version of the CD?

This collector is staying far away from that.

How would you know if it is MP3?

I don't know that it is, but I'd put some money down on it.

I don't think a company would take the time (bad unintended pun) to use anything else given that it likely complicates their business model and the large majority of people likely won't care anyway.

Certainly the idea of seeing Images and Words at a place like that is pretty cool though.

I'm guessing that going through this software company somehow makes it legal.

I wonder how many other albums-DT's or otherwise-they've done this with.

Yeah, this is the only reason I would think a collector might be interested.  Just for the novelty value, and to find some sort of released version that might not otherwise be known about.
