It's good to see them talking. I assume it's always a little awkward though. Hopefully one day JP and MP can mend fences too.

If they saw each other in passing I wonder if they would even wave...or just keep walking with no nod of the head or anything.

I assume JR and MP are still friends, actually they kept in touch shortly after MP left the band, and they're both adults and good-hearted people to still be friendly and have a nice chat.
