Very cool they did a sort of unplugged performance.  I believe they were going to do an unplugged performance on the CBS morning show during the SDOIT tour but backed out because it would be too unrepresentative of the band.  I think there was probably one member in particular that felt that way.   

Anybody remember that?

I was at that show. GREAT sound and best live bass sound I've ever heard. Pity there was a power off during the 15 minute recess, which extended it up to 30. Once the power was on again, the band return in even better shape with the Awake section. It was outstanding. They blew our heads off. These guys are beyond this world.
