Lots of great ones have been mentioned.

Just wanted to throw out one that probably wouldn't occur to many people.  In Eve, when it comes out of the bridge and goes into the final verse/chorus/whatever you want to call it, when JP takes over the melody that introduced by KM at the beginning.  That always lights my fire.

This this this this this so much.

God I love Eve.

This one does it for me:

"It can only take place
  When the struggle between
  Our Children has ended
Now The Miracle and The Sleeper know
That the third one is love
Love is the dance of eternity"

if I had to choose one single song from the whole of DT´s catalogue to be mentioned in the history of music, this would be the one.

When the heavy music and chorus burst into the silence in the middle of Voices. That was the moment that I went from a fan to a disciple. Full-body goosebumps every time.

I think I haven't posted here yet, but I think it's The Wasteland, from Trial of Tears. I cried about 5 times every time it began, it just blows my mind how beautiful that part is after the awesome keyboard solo.
