It's crazy to think that DT now has 13 music videos! Hopefully I'm not missing any...

If you had to pick your favorite, which one would it be?

For me it's between Wither and The Looking Glass. I'm going with Wither. It captures how it's like for them to be "on the road" pretty nicely.

TheGreatPretender

Easily Lie. It's a great riff driven song, and the video is visually really cool and captivating, all the while, featuring the band members, and is just all around enjoyable.

wolfking

Yeah, I always thought Lie was pretty damn cool too.

Destiny Of Chaos

Mladen

Constant Motion

First one voting for it. I just find it to be such a cool video.

bosk1

The older ones look dated by today's standards, but Lie is the exception.  Actually, Hollow Years is probably pretty good as well.  I think most of their RR-era videos look pretty good, but I went with On The Backs of Angels as my favorite.  Cool concept, and it is well executed.

Laughingplace56

I didn't know Take the Time and Constant Motion had music videos.  ???

I went with On the Backs of Angels. Nice, simple video with some cool visuals. TLG would win if it was just the band and they gave JLB a mic and a stand so he didn't look awkward

Lie is fun to watch because it's so cheesy and bad it's funny.

Lucidity

I'm not a huge fan of DT's music videos, but I'd say Forsaken is my favorite. It's more interesting and unique than the others.

This.

son_ov_hades

The Looking Glass, but I generally hate music videos.

I'm going with TLG. It's not that there's anything standout about it, but there's also nothing really bad about it either. Simple and classy. Wither and AROP are also great videos.

And Lie is a terrible video.

Daso

TLG is the best for me. It's closely followed by OTBoA because of JLB's lack of mic stand, which is kind of awkward at times (perhaps not because of how he actually looks singing without it, but because I'm used to seeing him perform with a mic stand). After that, Wither, I guess.

This, too.

Volante99

Oh man, they are all so so bad.

If I had to pick, probably Wither.

Why is the TLG one so popular? It's just so damn bland.

I wonder if it's because it's so new.

Probably because "bland" is a step up from a lot of them. :lol
The newness will be a slight factor, but there's also little in the video to offend either.

This is exactly why I voted it, most of DT videos go from "cheesy" to "lame", so TLG is kind of an improvement in the way that I don't go  THAT often :lol. Wither and On The Backs Of Angels are ok too, they were my other options, they rest suck in different degrees.

Not that I care much about videos, I only watched all of them yesterday for the first time, Lie and the one with Leslie Nielsen being particuraly stand outs for how bad they were :lol.

That Hollow Years one is actually a nice, quality video, but I don't think it really suited DT, or showed what they were about. But it wasn't a great period for music in general imo, so I can excuse the video. I also love the song, which helps.

Invisible

That's why I think it's bad, because it is so off as what DT is about, not the video itself. For what is worth, I also love the song AND the album(and it's B-Sides), it's the album that turned me into DT, as weird as it may sound :lol.

It probably sounds weird to most people, but not me! I love that album too. :tup

AROP!

Just so awesome seeing them playing a metal tune in the dark with snow!  :metal

(plus no Bebot...)

Nearmyth

I like The Silent Man, not sure why.

I think it has the least cheese factor (which is saying a lot for their early videos), besides the bald headed guy maybe...

The Looking Glass, Wither, and On the Backs of Angels are all good too.

It's not snow, it's apocalyptic fun flakes!

Obfuscation

The Looking Glass. I prefer to just watch the band play compared to having so many other scenes or stuff going on sometimes. Especially when the "other" stuff DT puts in their videos isn't all that exciting or not cheesy.

Also who voted for The Enemy Inside?

erwinrafael

Didn't Take Away My Pain have an official video? I remember catching this once in a local music channel. But now I can not find it in Youtube. LOL
