What band was Jay Beckenstein a part of?

He's obviously a fairly big part of DT's history, but I can't for life of me remember what he was in.

Their big hit was an instrumental called "Morning Dance", one of those tunes you might not recognize by name, but have probably heard at least a few times.

LOL he wasn't a "big" part of DT history. He only did the studio version of Another Day (and performed in Scenes From NY), and I believe he made a cover of either The Spirit Carries On, or Through Her Eyes.

He also did overdubs on Take Away My Pain on Once in a Livetime, and was also on the alternate version of Through Her Eyes as released on the making of SFAM official bootleg and Greatest Hit. As far as guest musicians go, I'd say he's a big part of DT history.
