I guess there's actually people who like the AA suite from beginning to end, but it always struck me that one key allure of it was "This is 55 minutes of uninterrupted audio! So Dream Theater! So prog!"
Kinda the monster truck of prog. Big for the sake of big, and mostly something you tell your friends about that you witnessed it.

Neither do I. TBOT is the only song I'd consider possibly too much of an MP song for DT to want to play. But I don't think anything is off limits.

Don't think we will hear it live but I am holding on to hope that one day JP may give us a little taste of the solo either during his solo spot or worked into a break in another song.  HOPEFULLY he knows how many people rank it pretty high is his portfolio of solo work.

Any other song off BC&SL I would rather hear in a setlist rather than TBOT.
