JP himself admitted to having issues setting up his speakers to make Live at Luna Park sound like it's supposed to, and some here have also said it doesn't sound right on their systems.

I can't give any guidance for how to get the proper sound out of the 5.1, since I don't really like listening to concerts in 5.1 anyway. However, for LPCM Stereo, I got the show sounding great and clear (with very audible keys and bass) by remembering to ALSO turn my 5.1 system on the "Stereo" (rather than "Multichannel") setting.

Like I said, under these settings, LALP sounds very good to me, with really balanced mix and a prominent John Myung.

I said in the other thread, I think it's a matter of people trying all their different settings in their own room before watching the DVD. I put on OTBOA last night and found the best sounding setting, and now I'm waiting til Friday to watch, when I'm having a few friends come over. The setting that worked for me is DTS surround on the DVD, but 5 channel stereo on my surround sound system with the bass speaker turned all the way up.

I have a 3-4 year old Denon receiver.  I have to find the online manual to make sure it has DTS.  I can't imagine it doesn't, hell my one before it did.  Anyways...  I can't get the DTS setting on the Blu ray menu to turn on.
