Sorry if this has been said, but I'm pretty sure Transatlantic covered some DT, Finally Free I think? Something off Scenes, idk. But it made sense with Portnoy being in Trans and all.

Correct - on Transatlantic's first tour, on their album SMPT:e, their closing piece was a medley consisting of songs from their "home bands" - "There Is More To This World" by The Flower Kings, "Go The Way You Go" by Spock's Beard", "The Great Escape" by Marillion, "Finally Free" by Dream Theater, and lastly, a cover of "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" by The Beatles, which was a wonderful segue out of "Finally Free". Great medley, actually!
