Live at Luna Park Formats Question

I have a question about the Dream Theater Luna Park formats. I know it is available in North America based on these formats (I am from eastern Canada):

DVDs
BluRay
DVDs with CDs
BluRay with Cds
BluRay/DVD/CD deluxe version with photo book

I am deciding between getting the BluRay with Cds for around $35-$40 or BluRay/DVD/CD deluxe version with photo book for $75-$100. Besides having all 3 formats and having a photo book, what other extra features does the deluxe version have? Also, does the BluRay/CD version come with any kind of Booklet? I have no need for the DVD version where I have a BluRay Player. Any clarification would be helpful.

I have just the Bluray version and yes it does come with a booklet which is quite neat frankly. I like that some of the newer Bluray releases are coming with a booklet.

Thanks for the reply faizoff. So you just have the BluRay format. Is the booklet just a folded flap with liner notes and pics? Or does it have several pages - how many pages does it have.

Counting the front and the back, it has 18 pages.
