How many have not received their DT12 order yet?

Hey, guys. I was just wondering whether I should be concerned that I haven't gotten my hard copy of DT12 yet?

I know it took some time for ADTOE to ship, but I'm still a bit worried. I ordered the Box Set from RR website.

Anyone else still waiting for their copy?

I have not received mine either.  I ordered on September 16th

Mine just arrived. I thought I got the normal version, but they mailed me the deluxe edition. No complaints!

I received my shipment confirmation on the 16th, by the way. No tracking number though.

I thought something was wrong and sure enough my original order did not go through.  I've re-placed my order.  They were pretty courteous about it, at least.  And they gave me a promo code for 10% off.
