now it's working on safari for me! Only two refreshes each time rather than three! DT 31%, Miley 41%  :rollin :rollin

I'm not sure if the "Your vote was recorded" message means that my vote was counted or that the page already knows I voted so I don't have to keep voting because it won't do a thing.

TheAtliator

It means it just recorded it again. It's doing something. I have to believe that I am a big part of the reason we got from 12 behind Miley, to now only 6% behind.. I've voted.. A LOT.

BTW it stopped me from voting on the home page, and now it's working again on the trending in music page, so DO NOT give up, we got this!!  :rollin :rollin This is SO funny I can't get over it.

If there's one thing DTF knows how to do, it's spamming internet polls.

Or anything on the internet  :lol

Miley 38%
Dream Theater 36%

This is amazing.

Spamming internet polls, a proud DTF tradition.  :lol

We are going to win this.

A 49-point margin has evaporated to 2 points? Cool.

Amazing. :tup Also can't let it end once we match or pass. For us to be content, we need at least a 25% lead.

Would be cool if we could flip it 180 degrees to 55% for DT and 6% for Miley Ray Cyrus.

Metropolis Pt. II

Aythesryche, may I suggest editing your OP to reflect that the poll is now a close battle? It kinda looks discouraging at first glance as of now.

Woah, I never thought this would be doable. Taking on opponents from similar genres is one thing, but swimming against the commercial mainstream? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kIfOjkB17BA

Still winning!!! When is this poll over?

I'm guessing 3 days ?

Let's keep voting like crazy the next couple of days.

Now Grammy.com will have some sort of poll with DT or a member of DT in it for the next month once they see how insane, crazy, fanatical dedicated us fans are to DT and realize we'll spam the crap out of their website and generate traffic.

Next poll:
Your favorite musician named 'John'

Flacracker

I cant vote in it again. It just shows me the results. How do I spam it?

TheAtliator

HOLY CRAP, YES!!

try with the home page, or the page with just this poll, open with firefox, safari, chrome. Maybe clear history or close your window and open another?

Lucidity

Wow, I genuinely can't believe that DT is in the lead. That's honestly unbelievable. Great job everyone. DT deserves this.

I've been closing out the window and following the original link, then either refreshing or going to the Grammy homepage.

I notice if I switch back and forth from my stock browser on my phone to Dolphin, I can vote more.

*downloads opera mini, chrome mobile, and firefox mobile*

I think it's safe to say this will be the first and last time Grammy.com includes DT in a poll :rollin
