I've never experienced burn-out on any single. I think it's because I naturally stop listening to them because I favour whole albums rather than individual songs, so I never listen to a song to death.

I decided a good way to avoid overplaying the single for myself. I'll only listen to it once for every time I listen to any DT album. So basically, if I want to listen to it the second time, I'll only do it after going through one of the other DT albums.

Well, I will try not to listen to or read anything about the single. Back to when I dsicovered DT and had to wait for the album to be released. BUT I know it will be VERY difficult.

I'm not as anxious to hear this album as I was to see Star Trek Into Darkness but I watched every snippet I could for that film. I couldn't help it.


I didn't feel like it hindered my enjoyment of the film.
