These kinds of top-## threads became very popular here, so now we only allow a few to be run at a time so they don't overrun the forum.
So what you do is you post in the thread that you want to be added to the list, then when it's your turn, you start a thread for your rankings.

Exactly. Tell him (not sure who manages the list) that you'd like to do your top 25 songs, and after the people that are on the list before you have done theirs, it's your turn. Otherwise it would be a gigantic chaos with 20 lists going on at the same time or something like that.
