His hair's been going grey since the 90's, I think. I remember on 5YIALT, there's a part where JLB has a bit of a goatee, and it was quite grey.

But no, his hair was way thinner than it looks in the photo. It could be photoshop, I guess. Either way, it looks a lot fuller than it was last year. Or even as far back as the Chaos In Motion DVD.
