In whiplash.net is reported that will be in june. That journalist (José Norberto Flesch) always seems to have good inside information about the international shows in Brazil.

Haven't paid much attention to when shows are announced in Brazil, but considering that we're already in the middle of April, I'd be surprised if they did a South American tour in June since nothing's been announced yet. I imagine they might hit the European festival circuit during the summer and then continue hitting the rest of the world in the fall and winter.

Believe it or not, the last 2 tours in Brazil were announced with the antecipation of 10, 9 weeks. And the pattern was to have an informal announcement on some brazilian sites and, more or less 1 week later, it was announced on DT site. So, I guess it's a bit rushed too, but it's the way this has had been done here.
