I don't expect the new album to come out in september if the release of LALP takes places in november. From a selling point of view DT12 would not get the attention expected by the band and Roadrunner. Thus, probably, the new disc will also be postponed.

The band itself should have written this update. OTE is just the company that has recorded the concert and done the editing.

Edit: I just got it, they toured for 15 months and now it's taking 15 months for the DVD to be released. There's surely some nugget in there

i dont see why this would be a logical reason though...its mostly music from ADTOE, if it was released before DT12 it could inspire some more ADTOE purchases before the DT market is saturated with DT12.  just my reasoning, but again we will probably never know why it was delayed

I'm willing to bet that the release of the new album WON'T be delayed. First, I don't think putting out the record and the DVD within, say two months of each other will really damage the sales of either that much. Secondly, the band have probably seen that the delay with the dvd has disappointed many fans, so I don't think they'd want to repeat that.

In my opinion this is the worst news. OTE was saying in Feb that the product was awesome. Now they feel they are saying it will need a further 5 MONTHS before release. The trouble is, with all the hype and bigging it up, I'm expecting the greatest thing ever. And I just know I am going to be let down (as a result of overhype, not due to the product)
