When you hear the album version, the bass get in from 0:37

But when you hear the Greatest Hit version, there is several bass harmonic start from 0:25

Anyone know what happen to this?

Zydar

The songs on Greatest Hit from Images And Words were remixed for that compilation album. Maybe the bass were cranked up in the new mixes or something? I don't know.

Dellers

Interesting. I just have my laptop and some sucky Porta Pro headphones with me atm, but that bass part is nowhere to be heard on the original. I really like that part from the remix though.

there's also an added acoustic guitar in the 'i can see much clearer now im blind' section of TTT in the greatest hit version

RaiseTheKnife

Correct, it is a remix, so there are some new elements that were not "cued up" in the original.

Drums are added underneath Myung's bass drop in Take The Time as well.

I always found that drum thing really weird and thought it was much better without.

Yeah, it does kind of sound out of place, come to think of it
