I think he's in better condition at Bucharest than many of the other releases.  His range is definitely inferior there, but he sings a lot more powerfully.  See the differences in the way he sings, for example, "Six Degrees..." between Bucharest and Score.  I definitely prefer the former, despite some of the troubles he has with the high notes.

Agreed, although it still wouldn't be my favourite, as some of their other releases are just too awesome to compete with (LiT, Budokan, LSFNY, despite JLB's problems with the last two of those).
