Hi guys,

Sorry if this should be in bootlegs.

Years ago, maybe 10, there was a short video on youtube of JP in a toy shop (maybe with KM) and he picked up a cheap plastic battery powered guitar and played a few seconds of Pull me Under (I think).

The funny part was that a customer overheard it and said something like "Hey your playing Dream Theater" hahah and didn't realise it was JP himself.

By memory John turned and replied " yeah"

Has anyone got a link to that please? It was absolute gold!

I always wondered if that guy watched that documentary later and realised what he did. He would look like my avatar on the left.

It's so funny how the guy asking, 'is that dream theater' is completely oblivious to who it is.  :lol

That is because it is on the I&W: Live in Tokyo video, NOT Budokan.

No, it's from Budokan.

Yeah I know, I mean, just his tone and how smart he thought he was that he knew it was DT that he was playing.  :lol

^^^ this. JP has short hair (under a hat) in the video.

This is further proof that PMU is an UNFORGETTABLE hit.
The guy was very quick to recognize it.
Obviously he's not very much into DT in any sense.
