I kinda doubt the band would be disappointed if they lost.  I think they're just pumped to have been nominated and pumped to have a bit of mainstream recognition.  Not that I know any of the band members or anything, that's just what I'd figured. 

But yes, Dream Theater is awesome, and although it would be cool if they won, they're still just as awesome as before if they lose.  No big deal.

In any case, I'm proud of the band immensely for at least getting this far. They deserve it.

I thought DT deserved to win but I'm not disappointed that they didn't.  I'll admit that I didn't like the new album much at first.  But now that I've given it much long overdue attention recently, both the band and ADTOE are winners in my book.
