I'm merely stating that the poll gives TGP a substantial and definitive win. That's pretty conclusive evidence that it is the favourite, and hence justifies its omission, even if I don't agree with that decision.
Yes, it's not "everyone's favourite" if that's what you mean, and if you want to take the OP in a strictly literal sense, but the basis of leaving it out is thoroughly supported, which is all I'm saying.

I think we've just got a misunderstanding here.  You said only 2 or 3 consider it their favourite. The OP only meant to imply everyone's favourite of the 12SS, not everyone's favourite DT song overall.
I also don't think he meant literally everyone's favourite of the 12SS either, but rather the forum as a whole.
And both of those threads support that it is the clear forum favourite of the 12SS, and it's not even close.

The confusion is in that I interpret everyone's favourite as a much stronger statement than overwhelming favourite or group favourite.  It's not a big deal, I just get miffed when statements I agree with are apparently being used to counter my own.

I went with Root, but if I'm honest... it could have gone to either TDS or Repentance depending on my mood for any given day. The middle of the suite really is where it finds it's strength.
