Well, sort of, yeah, but it has a much different tone to it.  The emphasis isn't so much on the fans as it is on the celebrity/musician, of just, "if you live in the spotlight, this is one of the realities that comes along with it."

Yes, these are the two primary differences between Limelight and Build Me Up, Break Me Down. The latter is not as awesome as the former and the latter is about Batman.

No, I think it's JP's Build Me Up, Break Me Down.  ;)  But I don't think loose comparisons to Never Enough or Limelight are too far off the mark.
