Since most of you aren't friends with me on facebook, I'll share it here.  More unique than worth a lot, but it's still awesome in its own right.

WHOA, A DREAM THEATER VIB........

PEN! That's awesome. I wonder if it's infused with the magical lyrical writing abilities of Myung? You know, as long as you don't mind writing in huge letters on thick paper.

That's cool, but I first read the thread title as 'JMX gave me a lift,' and I was like ...... WHOA!!

And he would have been like "Get into my car, Let's go for a drive"

So I assume that whenever you write something with it, JP comes to your house and rewrites it?

Write something and then it summons JP.

Magical.

Mebert78

Awesome!  How did he give it to you exactly?  Just curious.  Was he signing outside a venue and just let you keep it?

OT, but are those Bose MIE2 ear-bud headphones? They're amazing.

I say that to keep my jealousy level down to a low roar... I can't even look at my own Sharpies anymore.... "You're dead to me, Sharpie..."

TAC

No, it was at the meet & greet.  I told him I really enjoyed his song writing and that I hoped he would continue in the next albums and made a passing comment about the marker. He thanked me for my kind words and offered me the marker.

Yes they are.  There are a lot of people around here that think "lolbose", but they're perfect for me since I wear them all day at work and can't walk around with over-ear headphones.  They sound great, are comfortable, and they stay in without having to readjust them.

I'll never know.  The marker is staying capped an unused so I don't rub the label off the marker.

Good idea. That would suck. And don't leave it laying out in the open lest a friend says, "Hey, I need to write something down," and grabs the marker and starts gripping with sweaty hands and....yeah...put it away...in a locked safe... :lol
