I don't know.  6DOIT has more sheer tonnage of music, but it also has a song I dislike, which I can't say about ADTOE.

I guess for now, 6DOIT.  But ADTOE is on its heels.

I can rarely stand to listen to Six Degrees as a whole.  It easily falls into the bottom five, along with all other post-Scenes albums excluding Octavarium and ADToE.

ADToE is not as good as Octavarium or anything before Scenes, but it's much better than Six Degrees.  It's the only post-Scenes album aside from Octavarium that I'll actually sit down and listen to from beginning to end.
