I am trying to keep my bitterness level down... In a perfect world, the Special Edition DVD would have been a 3-hour documentary covering the drummer auditions showing every song/riff/jam played upon, as well as a Making-of for the album itself. Oh well...still too happy from ADTOE to let those thoughts ruin anything.

Yep. This is where a personality like MP came in handy. The fact that he had/has his finger on the pulse of the fans he'd never have let this type of 'ball dropping' happen. Oh well. They can make it up to us by filming a 'Budakon' style Blu Ray DVD at one of these shows coming up....

Yeah, I hate to be negative but its another useless video! If they're going to be releasing studio footage it shouldn't have music from Systematic Chaos playing over it and bits of interviews we've already seen, it should have actual audio from the studio footage, and be longer than 1 minute.

I saw this posted on their FB earlier. Should I even bother watching? These were so obviously made for pre-release promotion, but now that we have the album, they serve no purpose and don't create any further interest.

The DVD should have had everything they filmed, including the full drummer auditions (for at least MM). Instead it's being wasted.

The 'Chaos in progress' video was awesome, it's really a shame that RR is giving us these bogus videos. Not to mention the craptastic, invasive widget that guards the OTBOA stems.

Yeah, I know that we didn't get any in the studio footage like we did with Systematic chaos, or a disc with covers like we did with Black clouds, but we got a better album this time around.
