During Root of all Evil on the Score DVD theres is one part where you can see the base of the mic stand and it looks like the Majesty logo. I'm not entirely sure though. He's not using it during Budokan or Chaos in Motion.

This one is superior, kinda looks like a bow.

If you click on the Jason Dozer guy that tagged him it says his occupation is Metal Dozer Machineworks so it sounds like he is the guy that custom made it for James.
