How fucking good does this picture make you feel?

Cranky

They all look happy to be there.

BlobVanDam

I was trying to save that pic the other day, because it's just perfect. They really look like they're enjoying themselves.

olliemedsy

holy shit even myung is smiling! they must be happy

The Silent Cody

JP's arms are squashing my brain into one little peanut...

nikatapi

James looks like he lost some weight. Good for him.

novenpeter

He also looks like he only has two shirts! This one from the photo and this one: https://youtu.be/lhttcDq16RA?t=59s .Great photo,I like how they all smile.

Zydar

Yeah they look happy, and it seems like there's harmony back in the band.

Progmetty

So cool :)
Mangini fits them great even image-wise.

Diffidentia

Honestly, it scares the crap out of me. Not only do I have to worry about drunken homeless mexican bums asking for help on the train ride and subway to the show in Ny that I am attending, but now I have to cope with the fact that I will be most likely losing my life at the hands of JP's massive arms ripping a hole in the fabric of space and time when he goes full on shredacon on me and the rest of Dream Theater's bewildered fans...

...I've said too much...

Cruithne

JM smiling and not standing off to one one side  :tup

Petrucci's arms look photoshopped!

First thing I tried (in both Opera and Firefox), and doesn't seem to want to work for me. Think you could link the full res?

Zydar

Or just take a screenshot of it and crop the pic in the image software of your choice.

But then I'm limited to my screen's resolution, unless I want to stitch together a bunch of screenshots in Photoshop. And I don't care that much. :lol

Super Dude

Oh my God, did JM just SMILE!?  This is awesome.

BTW I noticed they're all leaning to the left a little. :lol

ZirconBlue

"All right, guys.  Line up by jeans color.  Blue, black, blue, black, blue."

Yup. More and more, I believe MP was becoming cancerous, ESPECIALLY in relating to JM. I can not think of any pic in the last 10 years where JM has had a different expression like this, hence the cardboard cutout joke on MPs forum years ago.

MM is a great fit as others have said. i knew when he was one of those who tried out, he was a great fit personality wise. From close to the same area, similar age, family.

The look on JLB's face is priceless. So happy for the guys.

I don't want to start about MP and how he affected the others etc etc but the proof of what you said is on the commentaries of "Live Scenes From New York" and "Once In A Livetime".LSFNY's commentary is from that period and MP had just started the whole producing thing and things were still good and you hear JM laughing several times! And he  talks often! And then they did the commentary for OIAL just before the show at Budokan(4-5 years after LSFNY?) and JM barely speaks. And I don't remember hearing him laugh.Sorry for the off topic comment.

Metabog

JLB is growing his hair back.

How long till Awake-era hair?  :metal

BlobVanDam

I don't know how anyone gets hair that big, let alone a guy his age. :lol

Dublagent66

Does his hair grow back really fast or what?  Maybe it's just me losing track of time in my old age.   :-\

Actually you got it bass ackwards: OIAL is from 1997 or 1998, whereas LSFNY was released in '01.
:superdude:

bosk1

He's talking about the commentaries.  The commentary for OIALT was recorded for the DVD release, which was after LSFNY.  Get it right, n00b.
