Spoken Word on Breaking All Illusions

Anyway, has anyone been able to decipher what it is that Paul Northfield is saying during the spoken word part on BAI? I've tried but I'm not getting it.

What say you, forumers?

It's very inspirational and fits right in with the lyrics perfectly.

It's a lot easier to transcribe spoken words than it is to decipher Morse Code in ITNOG...let's just put it that way.
