Any of the other non-ballads on the album.  To me its that consistent.  I like the ballads for what they are, but ballads are a skosh less interesting to me.  But at any given moment my 3rd choice might be Outcry, LNF, BMUBMD, etc...

I almost put Beneath The Surface instead of Outcry. Those two are pretty close in the race for 3rd place.

Breaking All Illusions - Amazing Petrucci solo, inside of a great and tasteful instrumental section
Bridges in the Sky - My original favorite, and when the snippets came out, I liked this snippet more than the one for BAI. Whoever said this is a quintissential prog metal song, put it pretty well.
Outcry - The grower so far for me. First couple listens, it was towards the bottom of my list of songs on this album. However, as I continue to wrap my head around the instrumental section, I gain more and more appreciation.

Beneath the Surface and Lost Not Forgotten are not too far behind. This is an extremely consistent album.
